Enjoy a wonderful tequila tasting in Puerto Vallarta, the Jewel of the state of Jalisco, which is the tequila capital of the world. Mexican law requires that tequila be produced only in Jalisco, and limited regions in a few other states. Here, tequila has an international place of origin designation, similar to Champagne in France. For the tastings, you'll try only tequilas made from 100 percent blue agave, cultivated in Jalisco which has ideal growing conditions for the agave plant.
