Heading inland from the old town, we are quickly into quiet unspoilt countryside where we can pass by vineyards and ancient cork oaks and olive trees. Passing by the old Roman bridge in Guia and then down towards the nature reserve at Salgados, with fabulous views of the coast . Riding back towards Albufeira along the coast with great views along the way
